This vibrant singer/songwriter will get your attention with her soulful vocals, unique guitar style, and magnetic stage presence. With 3 albums of live and studio performances, it's easy to hear and feel her passion for her craft. In the last five years she's opened for such world touring artists as Blues Traveler, The Indigo Girls, Young Dubliners, Cheryl Wheeler, Laura Love, and GirlyMan. Most recently Melissa opened Greg Brown and Mason Jennings. She also opened for Micheal Franti and Spearhead for the three time, one of those being a nationally broadcast concert from Folsom Prison, where she is a volunteer for the Art in Corrections Program. Her music inspires and encourages the listener to dig a littler deeper. Says Melissa "All I can do is try to convey the deep healing I've experienced in my life and hopefully, let it serve as reminder, that we all have a opportunity in this life to be the best we can be." Her goal is to tour music festivals worldwide enabling to reach an audience of true music lovers. Whether she's playing solo or with her band, she will get your body and soul moving to the music.
