Album Notes
Siren's Downfall is the product of singer/songwriter/producer Dean Turner. Turner started out writing lyrics at the age of 15 and picked up his first guitar at 17 in an effort to expand vocally, but unintentionally falling in love with the process of music writing. In spite of having had little to now training, Turner has branched out from the guitar to play bass and drums, as well as dabbling on the keyboard every now and then.

Lyrically, Turner writes from the heart. Every word is an emotion or an experience from his own life or the lives of those around him. His soulful vocals are the evidence of the sincerity and heart he pours into every song.

In songwriting, Turner take an almost experimental approach. An example of his experiments includes the almost electronic keyboard piece that brings the music together in Eulogy. The result of his approach? A variety of styles and sounds that separate Siren's Downfall from the monotony of today's popular music and keeps fans wondering "what's next?"
