Album Notes
Soloman Blue, is the founder of Black-n-Blue productions previously based in the Pacific Northwest... now based in Southern California. He has been involved in the music industry for many years as a singer, bass player, and now production. Soloman started with piano and voice instruction with the late Audrey Pederson in Seattle Washington in 1981. He took the love for piano to Seattle Central college where he discovered his love for bass and switched instruments after a year at Central. He then sought out Frank Martz for lessons for electric and upright bass. While at Central, he met other musicians and began to write. In 1991 he enrolled into the National School of Broadcasting in Seattle to study video production, pre, and post. The idea was to work his way into music video production. Not wanting to work in a television studio he chose to abandon that idea and stick with performing in bands and writing. He soon would find another change coming! As the story goes from long to short... he put performing and writing on the backburner to raise his two sons Tyler and Sheldon. In recent years he began performing in bands again, and last year built a small studio to pick up where he left off in production. Music has always been his first love! Production now more than performing. He comes by it honestly as his mother, a former nightclub singer and student at the Los Angeles Conservatory of music sang with Count Basie years ago. is currently under construction and will house c.d.'s, beats, songs, production, and voiceover talent ."Follow your dreams is the first song I have done that actually describes where I am in my life at this moment!".....!
