4ever1 is a contemporary Christian band from Upstate New York. Their spiritually uplifting music is a unique blend of worship and evangelical songs with deep, meaningful lyrics and unique arrangements. 4ever1 volunteers at area homeless shelters and prisons. They also partner with local churches.
4ever1 has been writing and arranging music since 2004. We can be heard at community events, campgrounds, nursing homes, churches, coffeehouses, homeless shelters, and prisons.
With a wide range of influences, the band is comprised of –
Donna Lynn Munafo (lead vocals, acoustic guitar) – Her influences include country music artists including Randy Travis, George Straight, and the popular country music of the early 1990’s. She also enjoys Anne Murray, Phil Collins, Third Day, and those hair bands of the 80’s.
Joe Munafo (keys, strings, vocals) - Joe has been most strongly influenced by progressive rock artists, some contemporary rock, southern country rock, and classical music.
Wayne Grosvenor (electric bass, stand up bass) - The true love of Wayne's life (second, of course, to God and his wife) is music, especially jazz, funk, salsa, black gospel and reggae.
Jimmy Sickels (drums) – “Jimbo’s” biggest influence was Bobby Columby from Blood Sweat and Tears. He also loves jazz, rock, dance music, and Disco!
