Hick Hop 101 by Jawga Boyz
Release: 2012

Reviews:
It's best described as "Hip Hop" but with a Country twist. A way of life, as told by "Hicks" who grew up in the woods, hunting, fishing, and riding down dirt roads. These stories are told over Hip Hop/Rap beats, some with southern guitar licks.

Madison Rising by Madison Rising
Release: 2011
1
Reviews:
Madison Rising's self-titled debut album was released in October 2011. The band – with Dave Bray on vocals, Alex Bodnar on bass and guitar, Christopher Schreiner on lead guitar and Sam Fishman on drums – makes guitar heavy rock music with a distinctively pro-American message and sound. The overarching theme of the band’s music is that of liberty, independence, smaller government and personal responsibility. This is a group of musicians fueled by an eternal gratitude and love for their country. Madison Rising: music with meaning.

A pop reggae song about the truth that we are all from "One World" in the end... Interestingly, this was written by myself and a Russian songwriter on a tour there; for an album to promote peace called "Music Speaks Louder Than Words". I believe it does.

Eleventh Trip by Alpha
Release: 2012
0
Reviews:
Alpha release their much anticipated Eleventh album aptly named Eleventh Trip. The album has been a work in progress since 2007 mostly due to all the band members unable to commit full time to music as everything that is Alpha is self funded. The recordings have taken place in many locations from the Mendip Hills in South West England, one day recording vocals in Bristol and finally in the bedroom of founder member Corin Dingley in the Midi Pyrenees, France. It was a very Brian Wilson moment for Corin during the summer of 2011. He was able to dedicate three months of his to life mixing and producing the album all in the confides of his bedroom studio and primarily in his bed. A very different recording experience compared to the lavish surroundings of Peter Gabriel’s Real World Studios that Alpha used to record Come From Heaven, their much acclaimed debut album back in 1997. The new album draws, feels and sounds so much like Come From Heaven, but not totally like it. The
