A.P. Appleberry -- 2x winner of Memphis' Hot 107.1 901 @ 9 contest with over 50,000 votes, is set to release new single "Applehead" from his forthcoming album and mixtape "Appleheads Vol. 1" on July 01, 2014 on Parker Road Entertainment & Co.

A.P. Appleberry's "Appleheads Vol. 1" follows behind his last album, "The Legend of Parker Road" that sold 16,000 units and featured the highly demanded debut music single "The Peabody."

When the song "The Peabody" released, it took on a league of its own and impacted radio in Memphis, TN quickly becoming a smash record on Hot 107.1's 901 @ 9 contest, which won by a landslide bringing in over 50,000 votes on the Flinn Broadcasting Corporation owned radio station.

The single "The Peabody" also dominated the Top 100 Hip-Hop and R&B songs charts at MemphisRap.com for several weeks.

Now, the Parker Road Entertainment & Co. record label CEO and rapper, A.P. Appleberry, is ready to release his next album "Appleheads Vol. 1" featuring new music tracks from the rapper and businessman with guest appearances by Miscellaneous, Soul Man Snipes, Bodae, King Pinn, Gizzle Babie, Boogie Man, Tennac, Don G.I.T.O. and Ty-Nicole.

The album's debut single "Applehead" has already garnered buzz from multiple industry people including Aaron Cortez, founder of Block 2 Block Magazine, who co-signed the debut single with, "All he does is represent. A.P. Appleberry is back with another banger for the streets. Applehead will be in heavy rotation." Deemed as one of Memphis' Top Five Rappers by Complex Magazine, rap artist Snipes also co-signed stating, "Not only does A.P. have good music but his business mind is unmatched."

According to Jose Santiago of Music In Focus, "The single Applehead is like chant that everyone will pick up on," while Jesse J. founder of the Get Money Stop Hatin Tour stated, "Applehead is dope... Definitely a hit!"
