Ademir Junior

Ademir Junior has stood on the stage of instrumental music
since 1994, as a saxophonist, clarinetist, arranger,
Composer, Professor of Harmony, Improvisation and Maestro.

In 2009, envisioned the Brasilia Big Band Orchestra, made up of 17 People
professional musicians of the city, having obtained performances in warm
music festivals in Pirenópolis, Cavalcante, International Meeting
Trombone (2010), Game Scene, Casa Thomas Jefferson, Choro Club and
Esplanade of Ministries in the fiftieth anniversary of the capital for more than 11
thousand people.

He was invited in September 2010 for the 4th International Meeting
Saxophonists in Tatura - SP, Ademir Junior was warmly applauded in
concert which made arrangements for Big Band. Among these arrangements,
Brasilidades stood out of his own and Giant Steps by John
Coltrane.

Participated in the volume of the 124 series of playbacks of Jamey Aebersold, where
Brazilian music is the theme. The album brings something new, which is the inclusion
demonstration of soil which contains three clarinet solos.

Recorded in February 2008 with saxophonist Idriss Boudrioua a cd
jazz and bossa nova. The disc includes two compositions of saxophonists and
Standards plus some of the MPB.

He devised the course of improvisation in Brasilia as a matter of course
International summer school of music since 2005 having completed
has 20 editions across the country motivating and educating musicians of all
ages in art and technical knowledge of improvisation.
