The distinguished Toronto based chamber ensemble was formed by accomplished professional musician friends early in 2006. They perform regularly at stand-alone concerts, private and corporate functions as well as fund-raising events.
Ines Pagliari graduated with Honours Degree in violin performance from University of Toronto and was invited to perform for Sir Yehudi Menuhin’s masterclass. She is concertmaster of the Cathedral Bluffs Symphony Orchestra and also the Director and principal violin teacher of the Beaches Suzuki School of Music. She performs regularly in festivals and special events. Her hobbies include traveling, reading and gourmet cooking.
Marianne Gast, an MBA graduate, completed her BacMus degree in piano performance at the University of Toronto, and was also a scholarship winner at the Banff School for Advanced Musical Studies. She is the founder of the Bartok Conservatory of Music in Toronto, and the organist/choir-director of St.John’s Weston Anglican Church. Her other interests include downhill skiing, photography and literature.
Lydia Munchinsky graduated in cello performance from The Glenn Gould School in Toronto. She also has her ARCT in performance for both cello and piano and studied for one term at Swiss l'Abri, an International Christian Study and Philosophy Centre. Besides free-lancing and teaching in the city Lydia also enjoys painting, playing sports and making ice cream.
