José Luis Altamirano is one of the most accomplished and recognized contemporary composer Pianists in Mexico. Born in Guadalajara Mexico.
Master Altamirano, has performed more tan 3700 concerts, with his original musical works and arrangements, he has transcended with resounding success, the hearts and souls of hundreds of thousands of people from countries all over the world such as Canada (1994), The Caribbean (1997), Belgium (1999), France (2000, 2009), Hungary (2001), United States (From 2003 to 2012), Argentina (2006, 2011), China (2006, 2007), Spain (2008), Japan (2008, 2009, 2010), Taiwan (2010) and Mexico.
José Luis Altamirano has been invited by the Presidency of Mexico and the Imperial Japanese Family to transmit inspiration through his musical talent in private dignitary events. He has performed with internationally recognized artists such as Juan Gabriel in the Auditorio Nacional, Festival Acapulco 2005, in the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas USA 2007, with Christian Castro, Ricardo Arjona, Mijares, Tania Libertad, Francisco Céspedes, Raúl Di Blasio, Marco Antonio Muñiz, Filippa Giordano.

1 "Inspiracion" 2001, recorded in a concert in Budapest in 2001, while studying a Master of Piano where he was one of only 10 pianists accepted from hundreds of Musicians around the world.
2 "Historias" 2004, was recorded in New York at The Hit Factory studios.
3 “Caricias del alma” August 2010 was recorded at Westlake Studios and Capitol Records in LA and Hollywood.
In August 2010 Televisa gave him a Gold Disc for more than 30 thousand copies sold of Historias by him self. In November 2010 Jose Luis Altamirano was named Ambassador of the Pan American Games 2011. The Musical creations of Master Altamirano have received prize-winning recognition from show business personalities, governments, the international press (radio & television), and by the Global Quality Foundation, which presented Master Altamirano the 2006-2007 Excelsis award for his work, talent and music.
