Jefferson, Sr. graduated from Norfolk State University with a B.S. in Instrumental Musical Education. Further grounding his musical and spiritual formation, he graduated from Virginia Union University’s Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology with a Masters of Divinity. Taking his passion to the classroom and his calling, he was a Band Director for many years while pastoring holistically thriving, musically infused churches.
