Andrea Baroni (Italy, 1978), is a songwriter and a multimedia artist.
When he's not dwelling around the moon (mainly with his head) he lives in Italy, where he works and creates his music in his own studio, called Cyberleaf.
His music seems difficult to catalog: it ranges from electronic and rock progressive, to orchestral textures, intimate piano songs or more experimental passages.
But in the end the aim is always the one of telling a story, to awake emotions and let the listener bethink (and hopefully have also a good time listening to it!)
His musical journey starts with the study of classical piano at the tender age of six. Then metal bands and electronic albums ultimately led him astray, making him fell in love with synths and with the world of modern music.
He played keyboards in many local bands, and in 1997 he entered the metal band Icycore as the official keyboard player. Together with them he released three albums (one with the german label LMP), and played in many gigs.
He released four solo albums and worked on the soundtracks for many multimedia projects and videos (including some important advertising campaigns).
After a Master in Computer Science, taken in 2003, in 2006 he moved, for a short period of time, to London, where he succesfully achieved a degree within SAE Institute.
Currently he's working on many music projects (and some theatrical hybrids), soundtracks and, together with Big Wave Studio in Livorno, he works to the recordings and mixing of some artists and bands albums.
