Biography

Andy De Rosa & Electric Mojo

Andy De Rosa

Andy’s influences span back four decades of music. Andy’s music encompasses the styles of the classics, such as B.B.King, Jimi Hendrix, Clapton, Ronnie Wood, Ronnie Lane, Keith Richards and more modern rootsy guitarists such as John Mayer, Marc Ford and Rich Robinson.

Andy released his first solo album “Watching The Hands Of Time”, an acoustic effort in 2007 on Mojo Records Limited. Having listened to his fans, he decided that he had to evolve his music to a full rock setup and formed Electric Mojo in late 2007 by hiring Marc Helliwell on bass and Neal Thomson on drums.

Electric Mojo is very active on the UK live scene and you can check them out at a venue near you.

Marc Helliwell

Marc has a various and interesting music background. Having been part of goth band Benediction in the 80’s he gradually moved on to more soulful music until he came across Andy’s music and was hired to play bass in Electric Mojo in early 2008.

Neal Thomson

Neal is the power-horse behind the drums and percussion. A true musician who can play many instruments and a good studio producer.
