The members in Astrozub are no newcomers on the musical scene. In their ”real life” they play and tour in bands like Jack White, Afenginn and Superheroes.
The rather odd instrumental expression in Astrozub, due to the non-typical instrumentation of pedal steel guitar, clarinet, mandolin and double bass gives the band a special ambient sound The result is vulnarable, dreamy, slow and quite quiet music. Always melodic, melancholic and minimalistic with a Scandinavian touch to it.
