Creative whimsy is at the heart of the work of Austin Hillebrecht. Actor, musician, composer, and 3D animator are roles performed with seamless ease. Graduate of New Zealand’s Lifeway College, Austin is leaving his mark across the globe. Winner of the 2008 Hamburg Animation Awards for his movie “The Missing Sock”, Austin recently completed its prequel, “Two Sizes Too Big”. The Missing Sock has also gone on to win the Alan Bailey Excellence in Animation Award at the 2009 Action On Film Festival. It also won the Special Jury Award at the 2009 Action/Cut Short Film Competition. The Missing Sock also showed at the 2009 Chicago International Children's Film Festival.
