Battery Alley

Battery Alley is an Alternative Punk, Rock N Roll band from The Garden Island "Kauai" Hawaii & they are Damn proud of that.
Members Web (Vocals) Toby Brown (Bass guitar, Keyboards, vocals) Adam Bomb (Guitar, vocals) and Bruce DeMent (Drums, percussion)

The band was started on Kauai in 2005 Web & the guitar player at the time had moved over from FL They were drinking beer & one thing lead to another as they say. 3 years later, 7 drummers later, after everyone had quit or been fired. Drummer Bruce DeMent had moved to Kauai from Los Angeles Ca. May 2008 and joined the group . They played a gig and front man Web was approached by (Bass guitar player) Toby Brown offering his services. Just like Bruce Toby had left Santa Cruz Ca and he needed a project. A year later the previous guitar player for Battery Alley calls it quits. The band takes a few months off before they put the word out. Just like that the former guitarist of Johnny 5 a Kauai based band that had broken up joins the group. The band has had a pretty good run of shows on Kauai (Trees Lounge, Tomkatz, Tahiti Nui, the Navy Base 4th of July 2010 and recently the 11th annual Homegrown 2 day festival held on Kauai.

The band has a 3 song EP self entitled "Battery Alley" They wrote and produced the EP with the help of Eric Cobb a friend of the band in 2010 at Eric Cobbs Studio on the east side of Kauai. Web wrote all lyrics. The 1st song on the EP "Janky" Debuted and received allot of air play. Local radio station Kong Radio 93.5fm Disc Jockey Radio Voice of Kauai "Ron Wiley "has been a big supporter of the band as well as other local artist that are trying to break into the music world. The bands new 10 song CD release "Atomic Ballroom" and their self entitled EP "Battery Alley" are available at, Amazon, Zune & itunes.

What’s Next?
Video, The bands music is featured in a Extreme BMX video that’s getting allot of air play on you tube. The song "Cannonball" The video was filmed at Lakin Compound Riverside CA staring: Sean Tarrant, Nick Tarrant, Mike Lakin, & Lance Mosley as themselves. The video (Saturday) a 3Jeez Production with Yellobmx Films, The video was shot & edited by Gregg Tobey.
Next the bands begins shooting for Drive You Home. The bands 1st single from “Atomic Ballroom” They are working with a local director who is based out of Seattle but grew up on Kauai. The band is scheduled to start filming Nov 28th
