She studied with Stella Adler and considers herself a 'Road Warrior,' still pounding pavement and making the rounds as an actress. Her technique is primarily grounded in Adler, but is also trained in Uta Hagen, Meisner, and Strasberg techniques, and a devote of Chekhov.
