Bevon the Muse

After a stint as Connell (WA) High School DJ (1996), Bevon became interested in music production, recording rap music for friends while continuing to DJ as a part-time job. Through a dedicated effort and collaborative number of years, he and his long time production partner, Sebastian Select assembled thousands of music pieces. With the help of Select's brother Lou Cheese and various others, the group created the Bossalaus ® organization (2001) and subsequently released a number of projects as a band called "Lotus".

For the first part of the century, Bevon and Sebastian Select were known throughout eastern Washington (state) for high quality recordings and unique rap productions. The pair performed as "Sebs & Webs" and appear under the same name presently. Sebs & Webs are responsible for a great deal of the production and promotion of Washington (state) local rap/production artists: Shao Sosa, J-Factor, On One, 509 Wreckerz, Lavish Beatz, Young Dom, Lou Cheese, and Vonell from Connell, most of which were classmates of Sebs & Webs.

Though Bevon produced dozens of solo pieces, he did not put together any standalone releases until 2011-2012. Beatalyst 2: Eyes of Odin is a collection of his productions from 2001-2011, with styles spanning EDM, Hip-Hop, Dance, and Classical.

The Bossalaus ® organization of which Bevon is a key figure, is responsible for the Beatalyst and Mighty Mixtape series. Beatalyst being collections of instrumental tracks from various artists and the Mighty Mixtapes being collections of rap tracks from friends and members of the organization. Both are available anywhere digital music is sold and Bevon's productions can be heard in both series.

Bevon would say music production does not occupy enough of his time. In recent years he has honed video production and editing skills, producing and directing mostly music videos for YouTube channel, Nobodies from Nowhere (nfnnews - http://nfn.am). He makes his career in web developing, marketing, and creating graphics for small to medium sized companies.
