BIOGRAPHY
Blu Dmndz is a very eclectic and eccentric group consisting of two Singer/Songwriter/Composers, with a flair for creating Pop, Hip-Hop, R&B, Neo-Soul, and Alternative genres, with a retro-twist. Blu Dmndz is made up of two grandchildren of Jazz great trombonist, Curtis Fuller, who has played with such heavy hitters as Quincy Jones, Ella Fitzgerald, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Benny Golson, Dizzy Gillespie, Jimmy Heath, and Bud Powell, just to name a few.
From a young age, Jade Fuller has captivated many audiences with her jazzy, soulful, and sultry voice. Heavily influenced by Mariah Carey, Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway, Whitney Houston, Brandy, Imogen Heap, John Mayer, ColdPlay, Fru Fru, and Alanis Morissette, Jade became a well rounded and diverse singer/songwriter/pianist/guitarist/composer/artist. With renditions of Mariah Carey’s “My All” to the “Itsy Bitsy Spider”, she has fascinated listeners and YouTube viewers from around the globe. Jade has written songs for many independent artists and worked with such producers as: Eric “E-Meezy” Miller, Willie Bum Bum, Ced Solo, and a host of others.
Now teamed with her brother, Jerrel Fuller, who is also a singer/songwriter/composer, who was influenced by such great producers as The Neptunes, Teddy Riley, Timbaland, Kanye West, Andre and Vidal, The Alchemist, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, and L.A. Reid and Babyface, they have come together to form the uniquely distinct group, Blu Dmndz.
