Bob Reynolds

Known to many as John Mayer's sax player, Bob Reynolds is an award-winning composer and solo artist with 5 albums to his credit. A child of the 80s who fell in love with jazz as a teenager, Reynolds' musical style owes as much to Sting, Michael Jackson and U2 as Miles, Coltrane and Bird. His impressive career as a sideman has found him blurring genre lines, performing and/or recording with top artists including John Mayer, Usher, Josh Groban, the Jonas Brothers, Amos Lee, Michael Bublé, Wille Nelson, Nellie McKay, Richard Bona, Tom Harrell, Brian Blade, and many more. A self-described "Melody Architect", Reynolds' breed of instrumental music might best be described as "songs without words." His latest release, Somewhere in Between, mixes 8 original compositions with 3 modern indie-pop/alt-rock covers and features John Mayer on two tracks.
