Bobby Mason was born in 1944 in Kingman Arizona and began playing guitar at age seven. Growing up in Kansas and Southern California, Bobby's musical influences were Ray Charles and bluesman Jimmy Reed. He moved to Aspen Colorado in 1969 and worked with the band Black Pearl and formed the group Starwood. During his years in Aspen, Bobby would be joined on stage with many notable artists including Jimmy Buffet, John Denver, and the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. Bobby Mason is listed in the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame Anthology.
Currently Bobby is signed with Misery Loves Company Records and has released a CD of original songs titled "Find My Way Back Home". A collection of pure Americana music, listeners will recognize Bobby's unique story telling style and personal journey in his new release.
