Bulat Gafarov - professional composer, musician multiinstrumentalist from Moscow (Russia).
In the compositions Bulat mixes: world music, electronica, jazz, hip-hop, folk music and Beatbox.
He plays on more than 300 musical instruments from around the world. All instruments are Bulats personal collection.
In 2001 Bulat formed a band called Toke-Cha. Now Toke-Cha is one of the most famous bands in Russia that plays World music, ethno-electronic and folk-jazz music.
Bulat worked with such musicians as: Bobby McFerrin, Andrey Makarevich, Mark Pekarsky, "Chaif", Dmitry Malikov, "Volga", "Namgar", "Hi-fi", "Green Point" band, Garik Sukachyov, Bogdan Titomir, Herman Vinogradov, Jura Balashev, Jan Bederman, Sergey Filatov, Adam Matta, with the Moscow orchestra and many others.
Bulat worked with many directors. Here are a few of them: Yevgeni Grishkovets, Garik Sukachyov, Vera Glagoleva, Nikita Dmitrievsky, Nikolay Basin, Olga Stolpovskaja, Natalia Anastaseva, Patrick Rollen, Igor Grigurko
Bulat composed music and took part in the recording of music for several known films, performances and shows.

He also travel a lot, record audio and study folk music of other countries.
