CHLOE is the combination of two talented French musicians, Nathalie Romier , a well known singer who's been singing in the finest clubs in Paris and who made several tours worldwide ( including Albania in front of a crowd of 40000 ), and Frederic Slama, a recognized songwriter who has written songs for a lot of American and Japanese artists and who is the leader of the all stars band called AOR .
