Candy Apple Blue is an American two piece synthesizer-based electropop band. This deliciously stylized synth outfit consists of the sibling song writing and music production team Carly & Hoyt Emerick.
Their first collection of independently released singles ultimately became the sum of their debut album, Prone To Panic! The duo draw inspiration from 1980’s New Wave acts to current day pop music.
Candy Apple Blue have recently made waves in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania music scene with their local hit songs and YouTube music videos “Graveyard” & "The Bed Is Cold". They have also found success as songwriters penning the tracks “Between Love & Goodbye” & “I Won’t Say Adieu” (from the LogoTV hit film "Between Love And Goodbye"). Just recently Candy Apple Blue wrote a song for electropop recording artist SIRPAUL “Going Down In La-La Land” which was also used in a feature film of the same title.
Their mission is to continue to write, record and produce exciting new music!
