Now featured on the Palm Pre!
Singer-songwriter Cara Jones has released three albums over the course of her 10 year career. Starting with an indie release in Japan (“Different Skies”) which sold so many copies so quickly she was scooped up by the domestic major label, Teichiku Records, for her second. “Pandora’s Box” was recorded in Ireland with members of the Mary Black band and produced by guitarist Jimmy Smyth.
Her third album, “NOW”, was released by Warner Music in Japan to great critical acclaim. Songs from this album were featured on Dawson’s Creek, several independent films, commercials, ringtones around the world, and most recently as part of promotional campaigns for Samsung Blu-ray and the new Palm Pre.
Although the album jacket is different here on CD Baby (it’s the Japanese import version), a new pressing of the album “NOW” is due later this fall.
