Thank you, Karla Fitzgerald, for singing with your beautiful voice, "Come To Me Father For I Have Lost My Way." Karla is a pastor from Ensenada, Mexico. She is a professional singer and musician. God wrote this song through me after I had spent many nights at a revival where there was intense praise and worship. I came home one night after the revival still feeling the joy and laughter of God's presence and suddenly started singing this song. I said to myself where did this come from and the answer was God. Let me explain some of the phrases. The "flowers" represent the fragrance of Christ. "I once touched your robe." I think back to the times when I would humble myself to God on my knees, with face toward the floor and arms outstretched with palms up. I thought of the woman in the Bible with the issue of blood. Also Matthew 14-36 "And he sought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole. " "I know of your presence. I felt your power abound, "is the falling to the floor because of the power of Jesus in the room. For the rest of the song I think of 2Chronicles 7-14. "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." I had to go through trials and testing to learn to keep my reliance on God before he would let the song come to be played on the radio. Perhaps it was for a time like this where there is so much strife in the world today. I would like to thank Darlene Fowler, my agent, from HMG Nashville for bringing the song to the radio. May God always protect you Ps.91. Tithes from royalties will be made to two ministries so far that help people. Thank you so much for your time.
