Charisse Davis a Native New Yorker began singing professionally at six years old.
Her mother a professional singer/actress exposed Charisse to a world of Broadway plays,
commercials, recording sessions which gave Charisse the showbiz bug.
Charisse attended Lincoln Square Academy for the performing arts, and shortly after that she
joined a local band "Jamilah" which helped boost the careers of Keith Sweat and Rainy Davis
who were also in the band.
Charisse has performed at the world famous Apollo Theater, and has been seen and enjoyed
by New Yorkers at venues like "The Bitter End" "Harlem Week" among others, and has also
performed on the same stage with Tito Puente, Dave Valentine, Paquito Drivera, The Whispers
& more, and has been a regular at Ashford & Simpson "Sugar Bar's Thursday night open mike
for the last 8 years.

vocalist on Pete Belasco's single "Deeper"
Her original song "I Fall" has been her most requested song to date.
It was nominated for the 2009 JPF Independent Music Awards for Best Smooth Jazz R&B Song,
and now the Italian version has been recorded by, Paola & Chiara entitled "E Non So" on their
new album "Milleluci".
