Born and raised in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, chez jonesy (aka Colin Jones) has resided in Vancouver, BC since 1998.
As an independent artist, chez jonesy creates beats and soundscapes woven together with traditional live instruments. The resulting product is a unique sound that is hard to define, but blends elements of house, ambient, rock, jazz, techno, and other styles in a deliberate attempt to create something new and interesting.
