Discovered at the age of 11 when he was chosen to share a stage with Mordechai Ben David, Argentinian Choni Grunblatt has been performing worldwide for 17 years, singing with Jewish music notables, including Avraham Fried, Yoel Sharabi and Yehuda.
The highest vote getter in the debut Season One of A Jewish Star international singing competition, singing an original composition titled Yismechu, Choni has devoted years to vocal training and his magnificent tenor voice lends itself to powerful, sweeping songs.
Choni lives in Buenos Aires Argentina with his wife and three kids. In the year 2009 he has put together his own productions company with four different bands, named Orah Producciones (www.orahproducciones.com.ar). He has performed in may events from the very intimate to the huge events with the presence of government officials and community leaders, with audiences above the 3500 people. Performed in live TV. Has traveled to Chile, Paraguay, Brazil and Mexico to perform. In Argentina he performs with the first violinist of the Colon Theater. Has performed in the interior of Argentina in the cities of Rosario, Santa Fe and Cordoba.
He is voice trained and is a tenor. A self professed perfectionist with an eye for detail, He is involved in the arrangement of his songs as well as his concerts. He hopes that listeners everywhere will feel the beauty of his sound pulsing through their veins.
