Cool Blue Oasis was about stage 3 or 4 , of forming , reforming , & pulling together various folks to play , perform , rehearse , & record . Constant throughout was good friend Kevin Knaeble playing bass, & we created great music together . We had a lot of fun , some trials & experiments , and eventually Light of Day was produced & released in the fall of 2002 .
By then , I was already starting to do some music & songs on my own , & some of the cd is a reflection of that (Freefall , & Will You Love Me Tonight were a start ) . I hope Kevin & I can get together & finish some projects we weren't able to complete at the time... he lives in Colorado now, & I in Minnesota , but never say never . A song about cloning comes to mind , amongst others . ( Devo, LOOK OUT!! ) = : - ]
