Delirion is a symphonic power metal band born in lately 2003 in Alicante, Spain. After forming the band they started composing their first songs and recorded the "Demo 2005" wich get a good response by webzines and people. The "Demo 2005" included three songs that began showing the band's genre and style.
Shortly afterwards the drummer Roman Planelles (Ansia) entered Delirion. The following months they played in several concerts and some contests with good results while continued composing the songs for their first studio album.
Around the middle of 2006 Ruben Picazo (Cain's Dinasty) left the band to focusing on other projects and Christopher Ripoll was the chosen as new singer just a few days before the first recording sessions. In August the band Started the recording of their debut album at Immortal Studios in Valencia (Spain) with Fernando Asensi (Opera Magna, Dragonfly, Forever Slave, Cain's Dinasty, Zarpa...)
This album will be titled "Silent Symphony" and contains 11 tracks:

Their music is power metal with a personal touch full of melody, speed, synths, orchestrations and is mainly influenced by bands like Stratovarius, Angra, Sonata Arctica, Kamelot, Helloween, Nightwish and many others.
In 2007-2008 the band uploaded an album preview with three songs creating a great expectation. Then they played in many shows presenting the new singer Christopher with a very enthusiastic receivement by the fans. In addition, Delirion was chosen to take part in two compilation albums:
-Vitruvio vol.1, made by the chilean label "rise star" (www.risestar.cl)
-Tales of Different Worlds, Made by the french webzine www.heavylaw.com
In lately 2008 German Carbonell (Hypnon) joined Delirion replacing Roman on the drums and closing the definitive line-up:

By the time Delirion signed a license agreement with the Japan based label Spiritual Beast and "Silent Symphony" will be finally released in 2009.
