Daniel started playing music at the age of seven. At ten he discovered improvisation at a school concert on the xylophone. After watching a battle of the Bands at his high school he resolved to play in one himself. A few months later he dreamed a song and woke and wrote it down. Music became an essential response to everything.
His latest effort’ An Arc in the Sky’ is a simple stripped down version of what a full band might have produced. It was recorded as the spirit moved, at home, during free time with simple machines. The result is a spontaneous, organic, introspective number. He lives in the country with his family and works as a carpenter, jack of all trades, handy character on his time off.
