The charismatic and talented young José Daniel Pérez, better known as (Danniels), came into this world on October 29 and belonging to a cultured family of which is the pioneer to venture into the musical art. Danniels took his first steps in this career at age 11 in a choreography group called LOS MINI FUEGO and the developing of his voice in a church choir in Santo Domingo, capital of the Dominican Republic, magical land and city of origin of this artist.

At the age of 15 Danniels reaches the United States full of energy, ideas and dreams to pursue and express his talents in the art world and at that young age, already established in New York City formed a choreographic group called LA MIGRA 2x2 with which covered various activities in deferent clubs and private parties throughout the area of Brooklyn and Queens, then was part of several local groups, among these is the ALTO KALIBRE orchestra, with which had the opportunity to project his talents as a vocalist and composer and introducing in this issues like Me Voy Pa’ Quisqueya (I am going to quisqueya), Dame Tu Corazon (give me your heart) and besides working and exchanging ideas with these great performers of the ghetto merengue Nelson de la olla Mendoza (Banda Chula) and Victor Ramirez (El Faraon).

While the time passed by Danniels became part of the TALENTO JOVEN orchestra in which he plays tracks like Amor De Una Noche (love of one night), Mentiras (Lies) and a well deserved tribute to the great master Jossie Esteban y la Patruya 15 and again had the opportunity to work with Franklin Catano an excellent performer, arranger, composer and singer with whom he has a very good friendship. In 2006 Danniels is projected in the choir of ISRAEL (El Papi Chulo Mambo) orchestra and in this runs several tours in the United States and throughout the Dominican Republic achieving a great position as an artist in the musical art.

The concern of Danniels to continue projecting himself in the world of entertainment lead him to take a gigantic step, that of taking his own reins and move forward with his own musical project, this is how the orchestra Danniels & Mambo Cla-B was created. Danniels speaks of this proposal to Franklin Catano and together build the unique street rhythm that contains this young group; that is of course, without coming to the morbid lyrical or bad taste. Songs like LOS MAMBEROS, TE DARE UNA MAñANA, original ballad by Henry Nelson, YO TE LO DOY, LA CLAVE and TU AMOR done in conjunction with Israel and El Sujeto were introduced in this new project. Already focused on the promotion throughout the Internet, New York clubs, activities in the metropolitan area and several radio stations in Santo Domingo, Danniels achieves a short promotional tour across the Dominican Republic covering in this presentations in Canal Telemicro, Super Canal Caribe, Canal 25 in Santiago, Yuna Vision in Bonao and programs like Sabado de corporan, Belleza Interna, El Rey, En Otro Tono, interviews for Los Dueños Del Circo and radio stations, in addition to various festivals in different provinces of the beautiful island of the Dominican Republic and thanks to the spectacular music the acceptance by the general public was very great.

Danniels Mambo Cla-B’s musical production entitled la clave del mambo (the key of mambo) is represented under the company Go-Latino Records and where most of the topics included are compositions of Danniels and musical arrangements by Franklin Catano, is an excellent album and it been on sale since April of this year 2011.
