Deborah Kilmer
 

Biography

Deborah Kilmer did her undergraduate studies at Oberlin College, where she studied piano with Beryl A. Ladd, and choral conducting with Daniel Moe. She received her masters in choral conducting from Westminster Choir College, where she studied conducting with Janet Davis and Joseph Flummerfelt, and voice with Anne Ackley Gray. After graduating, she studied composition with Laurie Altman. She is a member of the Westminster Community Choir and the Community Chamber Choir.
Deborah Kilmer has had music performed by the choirs of Trinity Episcopal Church, Princeton, and by the Community Chamber Choir (Westminster). She is a proud mother and grandmother. Magdalen Kadel (soprano soloist on "Spring and Fall") is one of her four children.
