Colorado producer Mark Phillips started out as tinkering with keyboards in the 80s but progressed into a setting up a music studio where Mark creates symphonic and electronic music, records rock, country, A Capella, and more. He says, "I believe the genesis of the sound is not as important as the feeling conveyed by the result. Mixing strings and synthesizers (for example) should not be taboo if the combination is musical and accomplishes its purpose. It may be all the more interesting for it."
Doctor Obvious has recorded music and sound effects for numerous plays and customized music for magicians in the US and Europe.
