Entell

Biography

It’s a bird, it’s a plane…no, it’s E=MC2 the “hip-hop sensation” named Entell. While working two jobs, writing, and studio-time, Entell has formulated hip-hop that is full of dopeness. The lyrical executioner exposed a new wave of hip-hop to the masses that did not disappoint and sold 700 copies in the streets the first week of his debut release titled E=MC2. The young word-smith raps hybrid, so the audience will wonder which demographics Entell represent being that Entell lived in New York until 13 years of age, then to Fayetteville, North Carolina. Fostering styles of Common and Jay-Z, along with outrageous word-play of TI, hip-hop lovers will soon realize Entell has a career in hip-hop. Entell opened up for national acts such as Trick Daddy, Trina, Smilez, and Southstar. His hit singles OverThrow and Drama has received sync deals from one of MTV’s watched shows “Pimp My Ride” in the United Kingdom and England.
Performing in various showcases and receiving praises from screaming fans and critics such as Ryan McCann of New Music West Festival Staff stated “Entell takes control of his audience, open them up and really make them feel part of an experience rather than just spectators.” Also, magazine reviews that taken to Entell charmisa and MF’in Rapture of The Heat UnsignedMagazine.com said “I was impressed, Period.” “Obviously not content to be just another hip-hop artist, the urgent, meticulous flow Entell displays give him far more credibility just from first listen. Covering a vast spectrum of topics familiar to the more-than-casual hip-hop listener, Entell’s voice carries weight, and with the abundance of lyrical prowess displayed in each track, it won’t be difficult to envision any album being a worthwhile purchase for fans of “true-school.” Matt Tomer of Rapreview.com stated “E=MC2." Hmm. "E(ntell)" = your average "emcee," squared. Okay, okay, not bad. With as little fanfare as a guy like Entell receives, something clever like that might sneak up on you. It's merely an album title, but it generally sums up how Entell works; beyond expectations. It's evident that I've all-too comfortably adjusted to a low standard in underground hip-hop, but I can thank an artist like Entell for helping me realize it. Simply put, he has major label talent.”

Currently, Entell is working on his mixtape titled “The Formula” that will be released late November, receiving over 113,000 song plays from his site numberonemusic.com/entell since signing-up April 2006, and new release “Theory of Relativity”.
