EL Boogz D Originew grew up in the Brooklyn NY 1980's HipHop scene. Under his first stage name D.V.S. (Devastating Vocal Sound) with Nation of Soul management, he would find himself opening shows for Rap acts like "The Bush Babies", and "Mic Geronimo". Nation of Soul also managed to get him a feature under another stage name "Justice" with dancehall reggae artist Ini Kamozee on "Call da Police", a song on the soundtrack of the feature film "Bad Boys" starring Will Smith, and Martin Lawrence. . Since moving from NY in the late 1990's you can find works by El Boogz D Originew on music scores like "The Turtle and the Nightingale", a short film released on HBO, created by Igneous features, or his various singles and upcoming "Ride out mix vol 1" album released by 7Blackent.
