The members of this band have been entertaining Omaha area music fans for over 25 years. Elwin “Elmo” James Moseman has been dazzling fans of the electric guitar in many bands over the years, too many different bands to mention, as he is a musical sleaze puppy. Likewise, Tony Popp has played drums with many of the local area musicians over the age of 40 over the years, such as John Maller, The Floyd Brothers, and the Waterfront Blues Band. Zap the bass player’s main claim to fame is, along with Elwin, a nearly 20 year stint with local hippie legends The Grateful Dudes. The Poppster was the original drummer for that band also.
They have been playing together as a trio for the last couple of years, mostly in living rooms for their own enjoyment. But recently it has been pointed out to them that they were being selfish, as the music had gotten too good to keep to themselves. So, they are releasing their Memphidelic mix of original tunes, blues, and rock into the wild. It will be fun!
