About the band
The Four Piece Quartet was formed in 1997 as a result of playing jazz worship services around Lancaster county. The mission of the group is to create positive and uplifting music through the use of hymns, secular songs and original music. Their arrangements are very melodic and also highly improvised. Their new Christmas CD “On This Day” is a presentation of some beautiful traditional Christmas carols arranged in a jazz format. They are joined by guest vocalist Robin Work.
