Frank is best known for his keyboard and singing work with Legendary Canadian rock band Trooper and with Randy Bachman's Ironhorse & Union. His Juno award nominations include 2 for Best Group (Trooper -Awarded 1979) AND 1 for top Canadian keyboardist. THEIR "Hot Shots cd has past quintuple Platinum and all the other Cd's Frank was involved in have gone Platinum in Canada.
