Both members of the band 'From The Airport', Milo and Zee, had clear musical visions ever since they started hitting piano notes and tuning guitars in their early ears - 'use music as a means to convey powerful, positive messages.'
That is why when they quite accidentally met at an indie rock concert in Gangnam, they realized right away what their new musical project was going to be - music from South Korea, a relatively small market for indie rock, touching listeners' hearts and minds all around the world, and thus the band name 'From The Airport.'
Blending Milo's experienced guitar and melody writing abilities from his progressive metal and film music projects (Jesus Band, Korea, etc.) and Zee's piano and dj/producing skills (Banana Dynamite, Ash Sub Rosa) became From The Airport's unique sound of kicking beats, heavy guitars, catchy melodies and, of course, meaningful lyrics.
The team spent six whole months producing their first single, 'Colors.' The title embracing the hope that everyone would find their own 'color' to bloom, the song shouts for hope and vision.
From The Airport decided to self-produce everything from album cover to music video, to make sure they get their message across, and the music is finally ready for take-off.
