Giuliano Lucarini, singer and percussionist, grew up with the rhytms of African, Cuban and Braziian music tradition.
He studied African percussion with Badu Ndiaye, Mamady Keita, Famoudou Konate, Billy Konate; Brazilian percussions with in Brazil with Mestre King, Marcos Suzano and with the ensambles Maracatu Portorico, Leao Colorado, Estrela Brilhante, Cocoraizes de Arcoverde; Cuban percussions with Giovanni Imparato and, in Cuba, withJusto Pelladito, "Cha Cha" Guere, Carlos Aldama, Rafael Moran, Andres Chacon.
He played with many bands and internatonal artists, such as Max Romeo, Horace Andy, Fiorella Mannoia, Radici nel Cemento, Laurel Aitken, Starkey Banton, Charlie Anderson, Luciano, Dennis AlCapone, Fermin Muguruza, Torpedo, and in many international music festival in Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, Greece.
He plays with Tribù Acustica, and is the "mestre" of Caracca and Arimbomba! street percussion bands.
This is his first album as songwriter.
