HËSSLER is a Chicago based, female fronted heavy metal band boasting a deadly twin guitar attack. A musical and visual roller-coaster created to ignite your soul and seduce your mind. Word and sightings of their explosive live performances are quickly establishing their place in today's music.
In April 2011 HËSSLER released "Bad Blood", their first EP, and have since toured nationally and released four music videos. A Full length album "Comes With the Territory" was recorded in the fall of 2012 with Chuck Macak at Electrowerks Music Production and released on November 27 to worldwide positive reviews. A December 2012 Southwest U.S. tour followed including their Los Angeles debut at the Viper Room.
HËSSLER provided the soundtrack to the first documentary on legendary wrestler "The Dynamite Kid" Tom Billington. In March-April 2013, the band embarked on another US tour in support of the new album following a return to SXSW in Austin, TX, and the band's NYC debut at The Bowery Electric. HËSSLER made a return to Rocklahoma on May 24 w/ Guns N' Roses, Alice in Chains, Korn, and many more followed by another US run. In June 2013, the band took home the Chicago Reader award for "Best Metal Band". The rest of 2013 includes continued touring, summer festivals, and new recordings.
HËSSLER has performed at SXSW and Rocklahoma in 2012 and 2013, Summerfest in 2012, and shared the stage with Slash, Buckcherry, RATT, Cinderella, W.A.S.P., Steel Panther, U.F.O., Sebastian Bach, Loudness, All That Remains, Mushroomhead, Skid Row, Doro Pesch, U.D.O., Lita Ford, Warrant, L.A. Guns, Wednesday 13, Blaze Bayley (Iron Maiden), Crashdiet, Sister Sin, The Last Vegas, Otep, Vampires Everywhere!, Butcher Babies, and many more.
