Jide is a multi-talented musician with experience of over 2 decades in song-writing, music production and mainstage music performances in different parts of the world. He plays many musical instruments such as guitars, keyboards,drums and he sings quite well and has produced so many artistes including himself over the years. His styles of music vary from traditional afro-nigerian folk to RnB, jazz fusions displaying quite a high level of flexibility. He recorded and produced the Gambian government on the Roots International Homecoming CD as well as producing two tracks on the United Nations IYV world music project and he also produced the sounds-project for the Gambia at the World Expo in Germany amongst many other musical projects he has been involved with internationally. Jide is a mentor to many musicians, especially in the NIgerian gospel scene and he has trained so many musicians out there. His music is quite warm, sweet, mature and it is a blend of his diverse musical adventures including Yoruba, Afro, Western and Ndaga beats.
His influences are Stevie Wonder, Tunji Oyelana, George Benson, Donnie McClurkin and Luther Vandross among others.
