Jack Falk Project was first launched back in 1996 beginning with some
studio recordings Jack had recorded and stored in his closet at the time.
One submission demo tape of one of the tracks led Jack to be able
to perform for The Jimi Hendrix Family Foundation in San Francisco in 1996
and Los Angeles in 1999. It was an experience Jack would not forget.
By 1999 Jack Falk Project was the top selling blues artist on mp3.com
with well over 1.2 million in downloads and CD sales from over seven
releases. Jack Falk Project releases were Playing The Blues,
Jamming With My Friends, Blues 2000 and Beyond, Blues Evolution,
Blues Guitar Tributes, In This House of Blues and 21st Century Blues
Jack Falk Project was proud to open performances for Leslie West
and Mountain, Bachman Turner Overdrive, The Greg Rollie Band,
Beatlemania, Tom Petty Band, Loverboy and many others with
over 50,000+ people in attendance. Jack's live version of the
Star Spangled Banner opening performance was videoed and
played on the ABC evening news in Tampa Fl.
Jack was jamming out one of legendary guitar player Harvey
Mandel at Jacks home studio. A few months later they recorded
the album "Gunslingers"
Jacks compositions and playing can be heard on ABC soap operas.
Jacks music has appeared in an episode of The Twilight Zone.
