I am a singer, English teacher, wife and mother. Born in Selma, Alabama on May 29th, I grew up in Linden, Alabama singing and performing in church, school productions, weddings, and at community events. I am married to Webb Tutt and we are the proud parents of three boys: David, William, and Robert.
I attended the University of Alabama where I completed a double major in English and history. I later received my master's in English from Livingston University, now known as the University of West Alabama. I currently teach English at Demopolis High School, where I portrayed Velma, in "Hairspray", and performed with my son and my students.
I have sung with the Gulizia Brothers in Colorado, on an Alaskan Cruise and in Alabama. Following the devastating tornadoes that ripped through Alabama in April 2011, Tony Gulizia, Joey Gulizia, and I performed two benefit concerts, in Demopolis, Alabama and Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and we were able to raise over $12,000.00 for the victims of the tornadoes.
Tony Gulizia, Brian Loftus an I also performed at the Alcove in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Tony and I continue to perform together. I am currently working on my first album. 'You're The Glory' is my first original released track.
