Joanne is a singer/songwriter from New York. She discovered she was musically inclined at a very young age; from school choir to entertaining her family at home, everyone knew she was destined to sing.
It wasn't until 2008 she was introduced to Lisa Ratner, singer and songwriter for artists such as Dolly Parton, Vanessa Williams, and Barbera Striesand, and with
40 years of experience she saw something in her sound, and helped her to produce her demos.
Most recently Joanne has teamed up with the amazingly talented Wade Tonken, who's original work can be heard on Nickelodeon, Fox, ABC, NBC and PBS among others, to begin recording her new album. Her first song with Tonken, "Symphony of my Life", is truly her best song yet. The arrangement of the track and Joanne's vocals make this a remarkable track! Her music can be heard around the world through internet/satellite radio, including being featured on ATS Unleashed, which can be heard as far as Moscow, and she has also been interviewed on the Nikos Karas Show on Hellas FM Radio.
Due to her talent Mr. Karas will also be shooting a simple music video with her
for "Symphony of my Life". Though she is deeply rooted in her Greek heritage,
she knew she would find a place with her unique sound in the U.S industry.
Some artists she loves include Anastacia, Tarja, Sarah Brightman, Janis Joplin, Joan Baez and Linkin Park.
Joanne's unique sound can cover a wide spectrum of music, with heart, and passion, that should be shared with the masses.
