John Kraemer

John Kraemer is a pianist and composer residing in San Antonio, Texas. He has been writing music since age 15 (now 20). This Little Child is John’s second solo piano album. His first instrumental album, When The Evening Fades, was released in October, 2010.

Along with producing solo piano albums, John enjoys creating and playing music of various styles. In the summer of 2011, he had the privilege of hearing the Minnesota Sinfonia orchestra play his orchestral composition, Jubilation Overture. In addition to instrumental pieces, John enjoys songwriting, orchestrating music for film scores, creating choral and jazz pieces, and performing his music in concerts and accompanying weddings.

While composing and performing music professionally are John’s life-long dreams, other activities inspire his interest. John takes delight in physical activity (running, baseball, track and field, soccer, ultimate frisbee, etc.) and public speaking. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, and traveling. In 2012, he finished his Bachelors degree in Communications. He plans to keep composing while continuing his music studies.

John believes that music should be composed and performed for the glory of God through Christ Jesus by reflecting God’s majesty, creativity, and beauty.
