John Luskey, a Maryland Native, learned enough guitar by the age of thirteen to join his first band and write his first song. His first show was at a local dive in front of a handful of people. By the time he was ready for college, he was performing in and around the Maryland suburbs. Four years later, John Luskey and his band would perform with Kenny Chesney, Brooks-n-Dunn, Rascal Flatts, and Toby Keith, Gretchen Wilson, Trace Adkins, Gary Allen, Craig Morgan, Travis Tritt and many more. He has received awards from the John Lennon Songwriting Contest for "Honky Tonk Rhythm" and from Billboard Magazine for "When She Cries" and "King Of The World".
