John Oates is a songwriter and music educator living in the Northwest of England, inbetween the great musical cities of
Liverpool and Manchester.

John writes in a variety of styles but has recently put much of his efforts into music for children. His songs are related
to themes encountered within schools.

Influences are too many to mention but range from world music to classical, pop, rock and 60s perfection.
