Kravelle is a pulse. It is a creation of old, new and something outside. It is dead on solid with heart, soul, feel, and groove and the motto of “Less Is More”. They are catchy, friendly, memorable, and have rhythmic hypnosis to them that will have people tapping their toes. No frills and no thrills, just fun.
Kravelle was formed in 2007 as a recording project and the name was chosen from a twist on “Maurice Ravel’s” name. The members have all played professionally with other professional musicians. Tom Comfort who sings now, has played drums as a hired musician in his career. Tracy G of “Dio” and “World War Three” fame has had his share of success as well as Rich Kramer, Tommy Hart, and Dean Bajo who have all been studio musicians as well.
When trying to cross reference Kravelle with a certain genre, they could only come up with “It’s Rock”. No one could put it anywhere other than it had elements of old, new and something outside. There is a great feel about the music as well as the passion they have for the love of what they do. And it shows!
